The Red Cross of Massachusetts is seeking nominations of exemplary people or groups to be honored at the fourth annual Boston Heroes Breakfast in April of 2024. This event pays tribute to extraordinary acts of courage, kindness and service that happen every day right here in our community. Mission:
The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.
Service Delivery in Massachusetts:
The American Red Cross shelters, feeds and provides emotional support to victims of disasters; supplies approximately 40 percent of the nation’s blood; teaches skills that save lives; provides international humanitarian aid; and supports military members and their families.
