Another Successful Mardi Gras Mission!
For more than a decade, CPR-certified American Red Cross staff and volunteers have had a presence during the Mardi Gras season, supporting medical partners in ten first aid stations along the Uptown parade route. This year, we enhanced our mission to support local, state and federal First Responders and "behind the scenes" workers, while walking in six parades, handing out food, snacks and refreshments.
