Tina Sweeten joined the American Red Cross of Central Florida as Executive Director of the Mid-Florida Chapter in October of 2019. She began her work with the Red Cross as a youth volunteer in Washington and continued her service over the next 20 years while living in several states. In 2017, she became an employee, serving as Regional Volunteer Services Officer for the Red Cross of Mississippi. Tina is a graduate of Western Washington University (BA) and Hamline University (MA) and holds a professional designation in Volunteer Administration (CVA). She lives in Winter Haven with her wife, daughter and four dogs.
