New York, NY, Jun 28, 2022 –The American Red Cross in Greater New York held its 2022 Annual Meeting in June and welcomed a new Board Chair and new Board Members.
The new Board Chair for the Greater New York Region is Jill Coyle. Ms. Coyle succeeds John Osborn, president of OMD, who served as chair for seven years.
David Owen, Chief Administrative Officer of Wells Fargo, will continue as a vice chair.
“We are incredibly pleased to welcome our new board members and have Jill serve as our new Board Chair. Jill has been a highly engaged leader on our board for years. Her outstanding leadership and unwavering dedication to the Red Cross mission is extraordinary. We appreciate all our members who show a willingness to give their time and expertise to help achieve the Red Cross mission,” said Mary J. Barneby, CEO, American Red Cross Greater New York Region.
“The American Red Cross plays a vital role in the community every day. I am humbled and grateful for the opportunity to provide leadership to the Greater New York Regional Board of Directors and help support the 12 million people who live in this region prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies,” said Jill Coyle, Board Chair, American Red Cross Greater New York Region.
The American Red Cross in Greater New York also welcomed new board members. Each member will serve a three-year term:

Jill Coyle
Jill Coyle has volunteered with the Red Cross for over a decade. She has served as a Board Member as well as Chair of their Red & White Ball. She is also a member of the organization’s Tiffany Circle National Council. In addition to her work with the Red Cross, Jill serves as a board member at the Breast Cancer Alliance, Horizons at Brunswick, American Associates of the Royal National Theatre, and the London Children’s Ballet. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, where she also serves on their Advisory Council. Jill is a former Consultant with Accenture.
Suresh Muthuswami
Suresh Muthuswami is the Chairman of North America for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He oversees TCS’ largest market and is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and helping clients along their digital transformation journeys. Suresh leads TCS to provide future generations access to STEM education and computational thinking training with a focus on marginalized communities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in computer applications from PSG College of Technology in India. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
Frank Stadelmaier
Frank Stadelmaier is the Chief Operating Officer of Angelo Gordon. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and Partnership Advisory Committee of Angelo Gordon. Over the past ten years, Frank has worked in different roles in Angelo Gordon and now oversees the accounting, finance, operations, tax, human resources, legal and compliance, and risk functions. Frank is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree from the University at Albany, SUNY.
