CPR Training with Red Cross

Great Class

Classroom portion was a combined class for Adult CPR/AED, Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED, as well as Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid. Each participant was released at the end of their specific class if they did not take the full Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid class. The instructor was very good, gave clear instruction, and had a great personality. That sure makes classroom time go quickly! The online portion was quick and well done.

Efficient and Engaging

The adult and pediatric CPR/AED-BL course was a great experience. The interactive and informative online portion that I completed made me more comfortable and confident with the necessary information prior to attending the in person session. Learning to Save a Life

While you hope you never need it, CPR/AED training is insurance just in case the need arises. Melanie was the instructor for our class and made 3 hours vanish it went by so quickly! She talked to us not at us, asked questions about our experience and why we wanted to learn. She helped those who might not grasp the concept as quickly, but was always helpful and supportive! Insightful and practical training

I learned a lot from this training. I hope that I am not required to use the training but I feel confident that if the need arises I am much better prepared than I was to help. I discovered that I didn't know the basics for example when to and when not to use CPR. I found the Check Call Care approach logical and I am sure it has saved lives. And the SAMPLE checklist is very helpful. There is a lot to remember from this short course. Our instructor was wonderful - patient and professional.

First Aid/AED/CPR course

My husband and I recently attended the above course given by the Red Cross in St Petersburg, FL. Our instructor was terrific, articulate and extremely knowledgeable. He shared the information quickly in a manner that made time fly. Our day began at 9:00 am and ended at 3:00 p.m. including a lunch break. Great Class but Slightly Strange Format

The class was great and they fit a lot of information into a short amount of time. I felt a lot more confident in my knowledge and abilities after the class. My only issue with the class is that I took the Adult First Aid/CPR/AED class but the in-person skills class also included the children's section so I had to sit through some information that I wasn't getting certified for. i took the adult and pediatric first aid/Cpr/aed-r.21 training course on April 2, 2025 on the campus of Texas Health Science University. This training course is excellent one. I got systematic knowledge about CPR and had hand on practice on the emergency techniques as well. It impressed me a lot! Thanks!

Great hands on experience!

I was pleasantly surprised by my training experience. I have experienced several CPR trainings but this one by far exceeded all expectations. The instructor, Etienne, was incredible. He was knowledgeable, vibrant, and enthusiastic. He presented the material in a way that made sense and provided practical strategies to help us to retain all that was being taught.
