helped settle some of my fear of water

I cannot swim and am very nervous around water. Taking this class helped me feel more comfortable without actually having to go near water. The information was very useful.

Efficient & effective training material

I needed this class to pre-register for a Group Fitness Instructor Certification exam, The pre-assessments are great to remind you of the things that you’re still not fully understanding. The course is well structured and keeps you engaged with its content. It was really pleasant to progress through each of the specific modules. I wish the GFI training was as good :)

Super convenient.

I needed to get my CPR license ASAP and there were many options to choose from to make that happen. It was a blended certification class with the online portion done at my place of choice and time. The hands on portion was just that, hands on but having done the prior lesson it was almost like a refresher. Marcella our instructor was so knowledgeable and explicit to be sure we would not miss a beat!

I am an usher at my church. Things can happen with groups of people. This was very helpful with guidance for appropriate actions in case of an emergency.

Easy Way To Learn

I recently completed the Until Help Arrives Online training. The material was presented in a format that made learning the techniques easily understandable. I feel confident that I now know how to handle an emergency while waiting for professionals to arrive.
