Volunteers in high school aged 13-17 are encouraged to become part of our Red Cross Club Youth Program which offers meaningful opportunities to learn and to serve their communities in the New Jersey Region. Volunteers in college are also invited to participate in a Red Cross Club.
Red Cross Clubs build character and provide tools and experience for leadership, strong communication skills, and community service. Red Cross youth volunteers develop these skills and establish a sense of awareness by interacting with those in need. They offer the avenue to put your talent, skills and passion to work for a greater purpose and connect you with the largest humanitarian movement in the world.
Being part of a Red Cross Club, you will get the opportunity to work closely with the local Red Cross office, being engaged in projects that address some of our country’s and world’s greatest needs. You will create, plan and participate in service projects that can help your school, your community and even make an impact around the globe.
Red Cross Clubs can also offer you many opportunities for self-development, and empower you to build critical leadership skills. Lastly, they can be a fun, energetic experience that enables you to expand your social network and often build life-long friendships as you connect with other young volunteers who have the same passion for helping others as you do!
You can join a Red Cross Club by completing the volunteer application.
