The Central South Carolina Chapter serves Calhoun, Fairfield, Lexington, Newberry, Orangeburg, Richland, Saluda, Aiken, Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Edgefield, Clarendon, Kershaw, Lee and Sumter counties and is part of the Palmetto SC Region of the American Red Cross.

Regional headquarters office is staffed during regular operating hours. Visitors can seek assistance at this location, take lifesaving training courses, sign up to volunteer, and give blood or platelets in the donor center located in the same building.
