Maggie Adams was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio and Sarasota, Florida. She is an attorney licensed in Texas, Ohio and Florida and practices in the areas of estate planning and probate. Maggie and her husband, Ron, a chiropractor, moved to Amarillo in 2015 with their twin boys, Orrin and Quincy. Maggie and Ron own Duclops Ranch, LLC, a business raising chickens, pigs and goats and have a chicken hatchery. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, hiking, camping and water activities with their boys.
Steve Crisman is the Chief Philanthropy Officer for Covenant Health System since April 2018. In this role he serves as President of Covenant Health Foundation that develops and implements strategies to inspire philanthropic gifts of time through volunteering; gifts of talent of community leadership to serve on boards and committees; and contribute financially to the mission of Covenant Health’s ministries across west Texas and eastern New Mexico. Under Steve’s leadership the Foundation has raised $50 million in six years and increased the assets of the overall Foundation to $57 million.
Steve has served in five non-profit organizations in a 46-year program and management career. These positions have included nearly 25 years with the American Red Cross, 15 years in higher education and 6 years most recently in healthcare. He has successfully led fundraising campaigns for capital and program enhancements totaling more than $180M. He has also recruited and mentored several development professionals that are currently leading successful fundraising programs and organizations in higher education, social service, and faith-based churches and institutions.
Steve grew up in southern Michigan and attended Alma College. He has been married to Janet for 43 years and they have three married sons and five grandchildren. Steve and Janet have lived in 5 states throughout their careers, over 30 years in Texas.
